The exact offerings can differ depending on the type of service — for example, sunset cruises provide gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while corporate charters come equipped with meeting facilities and professional catering services tailored for businesses.
When should I make my reservation?
For best availability, we suggest making your reservation 2–3 weeks in advance, or even earlier during our high season from May to September. For business events or special occasions, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks prior to secure your dates and allow sufficient time for any custom requirements.
What if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our paramount concern. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, as determined by our captain, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. Our team closely monitors the weather and will inform you about any concerns 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely, you're allowed to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. Additionally, we offer exceptional catering services with customizable food options to suit your tastes. Do note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with special mobility requirements?
We are committed to making our services accessible to all guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are more equipped for guests with mobility challenges. What's your policy on cancellations?
If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is processed. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, except in cases of unfavorable weather or mechanical issues on our end.
